Yoga!
I've become slightly obsessed with yoga! With the stress of life and exams, yoga has been a great way to de stress and to become enlightened, I used to go yoga a couple of years ago but stopped because I didn't think it was 'cool' Oh my what was I like! But Monday last week it was a sunny day and I? decided to revise for an exam and sunbathe! Whilst I was sunbathing and talking to my guinea pigs (They're my only friends outside school) I thought I might do some yoga, my Mum is obsessed so I asked her would she show me some moves, she did and I really enjoyed it so they next 2 days I did it in the garden and my Mum was really impressed, my Mum went shopping for me to buy me some yoga gear because I didn't have any. Then on Thursday I went to my first proper class since I'd not done it, now everybody was telling me the class was really tough, I didn't really think so, so now I'm going to the class next week and doing yoga nearly every day! It has really helped me relax and not worry about exams. I would like to apologise for this really long post, its also become a story!
