How I destress!

As you know I can get stressed very easy, so when ever I get stressed I like to...

  • Put my hands in warm water (this really helps)
  • Have a relaxing bath with bubbles and good music!
  • Doodle, make weird designs, and my big thing is designing my shoe line (I've been doing it for about 3 years and have over 40 shoes, they not very good)
  • Hum a tune
  • Dance and listen to good tunes (such as Kiss FM!)
  • Hug yourself (or get someone to hug you)
  • Eat celery!
  • Make an ugly face!
  • Pinch your eyebrows!
  • Put lip balm on!
  • Eat a salad!
  • Take your shoes off!
