- Put my hands in warm water (this really helps)
- Have a relaxing bath with bubbles and good music!
- Doodle, make weird designs, and my big thing is designing my shoe line (I've been doing it for about 3 years and have over 40 shoes, they not very good)
- Hum a tune
- Dance and listen to good tunes (such as Kiss FM!)
- Hug yourself (or get someone to hug you)
- Eat celery!
- Make an ugly face!
- Pinch your eyebrows!
- Put lip balm on!
- Eat a salad!
- Take your shoes off!
