Exercise!:
So Sunday I thought it would be good to do some exercise! Now I don't have a thigh gap and would love on so I did a thigh gap exercise. I had to stop half way through as I felt sick. This was not a good idea, when I finished feeling sick when I tried to stand up my legs would shake, this is when I knew I was going to be in agony! Because it was Monday the day after this was not a smart move now I struggle to bend down and sit down, I have tried a hot bath but it doesn't work, I think your suppose to build up, but I thought what the hell! I walk alot so why this happened I don't know! I'm going to continue doing this exercise to feel a little more body confident, and be able to wear a bikini!
