Here's how to get clear, beautiful skin:
- Drink 2-3 Litres of water a day.
- Manage your stress, do yoga, read a book, light candles.
- Eat healthy foods, Fruit, Veg, Salmon.
- Have good hygiene.
- Don't touch your face!
- Have a strict morning and evening routine.
- Keep active, run, walk, dance!
- Change bedding once a week.
- Use a face mask twice a week, homemade ones are good (honey)
- Write a skin diary.
- Get sleep! 7-9 hours a night.
